Jennifer Criswell, MBA, sHRBP, Coach/Founder of Mirror Coaching, LLC is a coach and
human resources change agent with over 30 years of human resources experience.
She is a servant-leader who is committed to being a catalyst for today’s
business challenges with a collaborative approach to leading organizations
through change and accelerated growth.
She has built and developed a powerful team of managers who work together to continually solve problems to uncover how to hire, train, and retain outstanding employees. Jennifer has held many leadership roles throughout her career, from supervisor to director. She has worked in various industries including healthcare,
hospitality, staffing, retail, and distribution/warehouse.
Mirror Coaching helps start-up, small and mid-sized business owners build and align
human resources departments. Some of our services include leadership
coaching, compliance, talent acquisition, and training and development. We
recognize the importance of having a people strategy that supports the business
strategy. We establish the foundation, and the owner focuses on growing their
business to meet business outcomes.
Jennifer holds her MBA and B.A. from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She has her Coaching
Certificate from The HR Coaching Institute. She is an ACE (Accelerated College
Experiences) coach.
